Dopo Springtime<\/strong> (2015) i romani \u00a0ritornano con One Day We Drove Out\u00a0of Town<\/strong>, secondo album della band uscito il 18 settembre per MiaCameretta Records <\/strong>e Lady\u00a0Sometimes Records<\/strong>.
\nBlack tail <\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00e8 un progetto nato da un\u2019esperienza di viaggio negli Stati Uniti da parte di\u00a0Cristiano<\/strong>, cantante e chitarrista, e porta con s\u00e9 un bagaglio di leggerezza e freschezza proprie\u00a0di quelle esperienze di viaggio che stimolano la creativit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Il suono spazia fra il surf ed il folk americano, giocando con i riverberi che\u00a0strizzano un po\u2019 l\u2019occhio alla psichedelia, come nella traccia d\u2019apertura Sleepy Volcan<\/em>o, che\u00a0nel complesso mostra tutte capacit\u00e0 compositive della band.
\nSpider \/ Galaxy<\/em> sembra essere fatta apposta per stare ne I Tenenbaum<\/em> di Wes\u00a0Anderson<\/strong> assieme ai vari The Kinks e Van Morrison<\/strong> perch\u00e9, nonostante la freschezza e la\u00a0leggerezza, questo disco nasconde per\u00f2 anche un leggero velo malinconico che andrebbe a\u00a0braccetto con le opere del regista Texano.\u00a0Ed \u00e8 proprio la malinconia a danzare con la psichedelia in Text Walking Lane<\/em> per poi\u00a0lasciare spazio a pezzi pi\u00f9 scanzonati e ballabili come Campfire<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Nel complesso, One Day We Drove Out of Town<\/strong> \u00e8 un bel disco che si fa ascoltare\u00a0volentieri in ogni situazione: sia come sottofondo mentre si lavora e sia se si vuole lasciare\u00a0vagare un po\u2019 liberamente la mente fra i pensieri, anche quelli pi\u00f9 malinconici e dolci.<\/p>\n
