Dopo essersi imbarcati nel loro primo tour europeo dopo 25 anni, che li ha visti protagonisti anche sul palco del Pistoia Blues<\/strong>, Steve Van Zandt<\/strong><\/a> e i suoi Disciples of Soul<\/strong> annunciano tre nuove tappe italiane per il Soulfire Tour 2017<\/strong>: marted\u00ec 5 dicembre all\u2019Alcatraz di Milano, luned\u00ec 11 dicembre al Gran Teatro Geox di Padova e mercoled\u00ec 13 dicembre all\u2019Atlantico di Roma.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pubblicato lo scorso maggio da Universal, Soulfire<\/strong> \u00e8 il primo album solista di Van Zandt<\/strong><\/a> in oltre vent\u2019anni ed \u00e8 senza dubbio la sua affermazione artistica pi\u00f9 pura e personale.<\/p>\n

Dichiara Van Zandt: \u00abSono sempre stato molto schematico e concettuale nel mio lavoro. Ho bisogno di un tema, non posso mettere insieme semplicemente una collezione di pezzi, per me non funziona cos\u00ec. In questo caso, io non diventato il concept. Chi sono io? A questo punto, costituisco una specie di genere a parte. Cos\u00ec ho provato a mettere insieme del materiale che mi rappresentasse davvero: ci sono un paio di cover, un paio di canzoni nuove, e alcuni dei pezzi che io ritengo essere i migliori che ho scritto o contribuito a scrivere nel corso degli anni\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n
