{"id":35783,"date":"2018-07-29T22:17:30","date_gmt":"2018-07-29T20:17:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.piuomenopop.it\/?p=35783"},"modified":"2018-07-29T22:18:16","modified_gmt":"2018-07-29T20:18:16","slug":"4-dummies-the-superslots-terrible-smashers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.piuomenopop.it\/index.php\/2018\/07\/29\/4-dummies-the-superslots-terrible-smashers\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;4 Dummies&#8221; &#8211; The Superslots Terrible Smashers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-35784 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.piuomenopop.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/APC74_Cover_300.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/thesuperslotsterriblesmashers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>The Superslots Terrible Smashers<\/strong><\/a> sono una band psycho garage punk di Salerno, formatasi nel Luglio del 2015 e da subito attiva sul fronte live avendo supportato band internazionali del calibro di Jello Biafra (Dead Kennedys), Cut e The Youth e partecipato a festival di genere come il Provokate Punkrock Festival (Idol Lips, The Raunchies) e RnR Stampede (The Meteors, The Devils).<\/p>\n<p>Nel novembre dello stesso anno entrano a far parte della grande famiglia di <a href=\"http:\/\/www.areapirata.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Area Pirata<\/a> con la quale pubblicano il loro primo singolo in versione digitale, <em>&#8220;Lickin&#8217; Ears&#8221;<\/em>,\u00a0 riscuotendo subito le prime attenzioni da parte degli addetti ai lavori, con passaggi radio anche internazionali. Il team si chiude poi nel Bunker Studio\u00a0 e con la complicit\u00e0 degli alieni mette su in brevissimo tempo 11 tracce che trasudano punkrock australiano e garage filo americano contaminato di psichedelia.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019album si chiama <strong><em>Kidnappings<\/em><\/strong> e nasce il 4 luglio del 2016, come gi\u00e0 previsto in un famoso film. Undici tracce registrate presso Kaspar House (da Ferdinando Farro) e pubblicate per l\u2019etichetta Area Pirata.<br \/>\nLa copertina \u00e8 stata disegnata e curata dal fumettista Luca Maresca (Sergio Bonelli Editore), mentre il layout grafico, le foto e il supporto alla scrittura dei testi \u00e8 di Girolamo Viola.<\/p>\n<p>Inarrestabili in fase di composizione nel 2017 tonano in studio e registrano numerosi brani scegliendone 4 per l\u2019Ep vinilico stampato su 7\u201d uscito il 9 giugno 2018 dal titolo <em><strong>\u201c4 Dummies\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, registrato sempre al Bunker Studio con successivo mix e mastering di Enzo Siani (Play Music Studio di Cava de\u2019 Tirreni)\u00a0 e pubblicato sempre per Area Pirata con partner Tongue Records.
