Da trent’anni campioni dell’heavy metal satirico<\/strong>, dissacrante e demenziale, i\u00a0Gwar<\/strong>\u00a0si preparano a fare ritorno in Italia dopo pi\u00f9 di un decennio per un’unica data da headliner<\/strong>\u00a0insieme a due grandi ospiti come\u00a0Voivod<\/strong>\u00a0e\u00a0Childrain<\/strong>. L’appuntamento \u00e8 per\u00a0venerd\u00ec 13 dicembre<\/strong>\u00a0al\u00a0Rock Planet di Pinarella di Cervia<\/strong>\u00a0(RA).<\/p>\n

Con un ultimo album,\u00a0The Blood of Gods<\/strong><\/em>, uscito nel 2017 per Metal Blade Records, la band non vede l’ora di ritornare sul continente europeo:\u00a0“\u00c8 da un bel pezzo che i Gwar non terrorizzano i ragazzini dall’altra parte dell’oceano. Non riesco a pensare a un modo migliore per passare l’inverno che fare razzia e copulare in giro per l’Europa”<\/em>, dice il chitarrista\u00a0Pustulus Maximus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Il cantante\u00a0The Berserker\u00a0Bl\u00f3thar<\/strong>\u00a0rincara la dose:\u00a0“L’intera Europa si inchiner\u00e0 di fronte alla maest\u00e0 dei Gwar! Vi distruggeremo le citt\u00e0 e vi finiremo tutta la droga. Daremo una tanto sospirata morte alle persone pi\u00f9 depresse ed emotivamente e sessualmente frustrate della Terra. Non vedo l’ora di mettere a soqquadro le vostre tubature, che sono infinitamente inferiori.”<\/em><\/p>\n
