Il lavoro rappresenta anche il processo di crescita personale e professionale di Fantastic Negrito, passato da un contratto milionario a un incidente stradale che gli era stato quasi fatale. Stilisticamente parlando ci troviamo innanzi a commistione \u2013 perfetta \u2013 di generi: blues, punk, black music e roots si toccano, si scontrano, si scornano per poi abbracciarsi, offrendo come risultato un capolavoro sonoro. Il tema americano, la depressione dovuta al mondo in continua evoluzione, la tecnologia. O, meglio, la tecnocrazia: un mondo governato dai tecnici, dagli specialisti, che incidono sulla nostra vita politica, sociale e economica. Un mondo in cui lo spazio per l\u2019arte, la semplicit\u00e0, si assottiglia sempre pi\u00f9.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019artista ha dichiarato che questo \u00e8 probabilmente il suo lavoro pi\u00f9 intimo:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the first two albums I wrote about broad topics: the proliferations of gun\u00a0violence, the evil NRA, gentrification and homelessness, pharmaceutical companies\u00a0that prey upon the people. On this album I wanted to write about people I knew,\u00a0people I grew upwith, people whose lives I could personally affect, and whose lives\u00a0have impacted me.
