Il frontman dei Libertines, Peter Doherty, ha chiesto ai Meffs di aprire per lui nell’ambito del suo Battered Songbook Tour, seguito dal primo tour da headliner nel Regno Unito, che ha visto i Meffs suonare per i fan in locali sold out in tutta l’Inghilterra, la Scozia e il Galles.<\/p>\n

Uno di questi fan era Fat Mike dei NOFX e, di conseguenza, gli EP Broken Britain Pt.1 e Pt.2 (prodotti da Frank Turner) sono stati pubblicati dalla sua nuova etichetta, Bottles to the Ground, sorella della Fat Wreck Chords.<\/p>\n

I Meff si sono uniti ai NOFX per diverse date del loro ultimo tour mondiale, hanno suonato per il 20\u00b0 anniversario del Download al grido di \u201cUp The Meffs, Up The Meffs\u201d, per gli innumerevoli fan che hanno cantato, fatto mosching, crowd-surfing e sollevato polvere in un enorme circle pit. E le recensioni hanno definito i Meffs come una delle migliori band dell’intero festival.\u00a0 Il duo si \u00e8 inoltre esibito in supporto al tour di Frank Turner che ha fatto da poco tappa all\u2019Alcatraz di Milano.<\/p>\n
